The booking is final on receipt of the first payment. The deposit is 30% of the rental amount + booking fees + supplement(s). If you book by post and we are fully booked, we will make you a counter-offer by return of post or by telephone.
The balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, you must pay the full amount when you book accommodation.
Reservations can only be changed on receipt of written notification from the customer (fax, e-mail or post) and subject to the possibilities and agreement of the central reservation office.

ANCV Caution Payment by holiday vouchers is accepted but the stubs must not be detached. The name and contact details of the holder must be indicated on each cheque.

We advise you to take out our cancellation and interruption insurance, valid from the time you book until the end of your stay. The cost is 10 euros per week.
We take note of your wishes and try to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee you a specific pitch in advance.
However, in both cases, the number of people may not be exceeded. A baby counts as one person. You must provide us with the surname, first name and date of birth of each participant.
We accept one pet per pitch at an additional cost (see price list). Please note that 1st and 2nd category dogs are strictly forbidden in all our establishments by ministerial decree. Don't forget to present your vaccination certificate on arrival (vaccinations and tattoos compulsory).
Access to the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for campsite guests. It is compulsory to wear a wristband and swimming trunks (shorts, swimming dresses, etc. are strictly forbidden).
Electric barbecues are forbidden on all our campsites, and charcoal barbecues are prohibited on the campsite (Prefectural decree). Gas barbecues are available for hire and must be booked in advance.
La Pomme de pin is equipped with a wifi connection (total coverage). There is a charge for this service.
Arrivals are between 2pm and 6pm for rentals and pitches. Departures before 10am.
